May 2009: On the first 100 plus degree race of the year at the Phoenix Kart Racing Association track, Billy Meginnis took FIRST PLACE in the Rookie Sportsman and HPV 1 classes. A double win has been a long time goal for Billy and he reached out and grabbed it on May 09, 2009. Congratulations Billy on such a huge accomplishment. Billy has clinched 4th place in his Rookie debut for the Sportsman racing class! This is a huge accomplishment being the first year in this difficult class.
